Case Analysis of Lululemon Athletica Inc. - Completed in April 2022, this case analysis project was a challenge to students to co-write a paper and present with an assigned group of peers. My group and I met and discussed what topics we would target when reading about Lululemon’s background, environment, and future recommendations. While each member wrote certain sections of the paper, we all collaborated in order to answer on-the-spot questions by our classmates and professor during the presentation. I took on the role of writing the executive summary, issues, and recommendation, making edits when meeting with the group (all found on page 3). I also wrote Appendix 4 or the competitor identification and strategy. With my experience as a writing center tutor in high school, I served as the overall peer editor to ensure cohesiveness between sections and correct grammar and syntax.
